The first thing to do is submit your site at this url http://www.google.com/addurl/ Next Register your site at this url https://www.google.com/accounts/ Go to "Create an account now" You will have to give Google an email address and choose an 8 digit password. Once you have done that you will be able to register your site. In case you have trouble finding your way around this is the page you need https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/dashboard?hl=en&pli=1 After this you need to verify that you own the site by adding a meta tag to the page and uploading it. Google will go to the page immediately and tell you it is verified. Don`t worry the instructions are all there for you to follow. Once you have an account you can register other sites if you have more than one.
